Amazon Resets User Passwords
If you received a password-reset notification from Amazon, you are not alone. The e-retail giant force-reset an unknown number of user accounts and emailed affected users to alert them of the change. The company just last week rolled out two-step verification, adding an extra layer of security—just in time for the holiday shopping season. Entirely optional, the feature requires folks to enter a unique security code in addition to a password each time you sign in.
